Any strand of GTA releases first releases on the less capeable systems (In LCS Mobile case, iOS), then later on the more/less powerful devices (Android depending on your device). It might take longer to bring it to Windows as it is x86/x64 based, and iOS/Android is Arm based.

It adopts a similar aesthetic and features all the same elements and gameplay mechanics, albeit it seems a bit more polished compared to its “parent” game.

With no GTA 3, there is no Liberty City Stories. And that's the fun in this game. The fun that I didn't derive from Vice City Stories. It just felt Vic was too independent of the previous events of the story somewhat. But with LCS, you're in the mix, you're the real mover and shaker who makes the world of GTA 3 make sense.
